Anonymous has been shown in over 25 countries on 4 continents and its compelling, dreamlike love story between Fred (
Alvaro Ramos) and Laura (
Luz Altamira) has been appreciated in such diverse countries as Ukraine, South Africa, England, Austria, Uruguay, Ireland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canada and Portugal, to name but a few, and is still in its final phase of festival exhibition, receiving yet more awards (such as the recent
"Innovative Narrative" won in Sydney) and nominations for the coming festivals of Woodstock (USA), Luton (England) and Tapiales (Argentina), which will continue to enhance its spectacular run. This short film was made with executive production by
Hugo Serra and photography by
Carlos Marino, and was co-written by
Cristian Pozo himself, along with the post-production expert and graphic designer
Nacho Garcia. It is the fictional legacy of the producer Feng Shui Films S.L. and was co-produced by
Francisco Ramos Escalada. The impressive sound design was the work of
Miguel Pastor and
Gonzalo Solas, via their company Requesound, which is credited as associated producer. The music was composed by
Jose Eceiza (guitarist of "Le Punk"),
Carlos Ramos and
Daniel Maldonado, (authors of other soundtracks such as
Bota de Oro and
Benelux). The soundtrack also features songs by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Tindersticks. The version released for sale has some special extras: 8 video clips and 3 advertising pieces, all the work of Cristian Pozo and the photography of most of them is by Carlos Marino, post-production by Nacho Garcia and executive production by Hugo Serra. Among the extras you can find the very recent video clip, by
Pereza:
Aproximacion, the multiple award-winning
Todo (now known as "the snail video", also by Pereza), the best video clip of
Chenoa (
Soy lo que me das), the
Nika video clip
Ser yo (studied in classes in all the makeup schools in Spain), the
Yoghourt Daze video clip,
Us or them (cult work in Barcelona due to its moving finale which affects the hardiest viewer), and the brilliant videos by
Miranda Warning Si empieza a llover and
Lo que tengo yo adentro, by Pereza (both shot in the same location as
Anonymous).
