Megan Fox insists that she wants the world to know her for her work, but shes making explosive confessions every day. The actress revealed a secret that she seems to have been hiding for some time: I suffer from bouts of schizophrenia.

The Transformers star admits she has struggled with mental health problems since her youth, and, although she hasnt been officially diagnosed, she is convinced she shows symptoms of the serious psychiatric condition, which often torments suffers with auditory hallucinations, paranoid delusions and social dysfunction.

Lately, she has been comparing herself to Marilyn Monroe. The 23-year-old star reveals that she has meticulously studied the life of film legend Marilyn Monroe, who died of an overdose at the age of 36. According to Fox, she could end up the same way.

The actress says, "I basically read every book ever written about Marilyn Monroe. I could end up like that because I constantly struggle with the idea that I think Im a borderline personality - or that I have bouts of mild schizophrenia. I definitely have some kind of mental problem and I havent pinpointed what it is."
