Knowing was heralded by its success in the United States. This movie starring Nicolas Cage has also been a hit in Spain, obtaining revenues of 1,735,255 euros. Remaining in second place is Monsters vs. Aliens . This new animation picture from Dreamworks has earned 1,487,275 euros, plus another 936,712 (fourth place) for the 3D version. The bronze medal goes to Fast & Furious 4 , which brings together Vin Diesel and Paul Walker once more. This movie has taken 1,236,121 euros in its second week in cinemas and a fourth episode is already being discussed. One of less successful new films this week is Dragonball Evolution . This was preceded by very bad reviews, as it has little in common with the cartoon series on which it is based. The public failed to take hold and it has only earned 917,295 euros. In sixth place is the Spanish film Al final del camino [Road to Santiago]. The duo formed by Malena Alterio and Fernando Tejero continues to be very profitable and the 859,834 euros taken at the box office are a clear sign of this. Next comes Gran Torino , the latest film by Clint Eastwood, still clinging on in the top ten after six weeks.

Deception , now in its second week, comes in at eighth place with earnings of 421,643 euros. The two last places in the Top Ten are occupied by Spanish films: Mentiras y gordas , with 401,186 euros, and Almodovar’s latest, Broken Embraces with 279,902 euros.
