The Bourne Ultimatum, the third part of the spy saga starring Matt Damon, has had a spectacular debut in the US, after taking in $69.3 million between Friday and Sunday. The previous leader, The Simpsons Movie, fell to second place, suffering a significant drop in ticket sales, while the canine comedy Underdog came in third, with fair results. Two other premieres, Hot Rod and Bratz: The Movie, were also ranked in the top ten, but with modest sales figures.
