Dentist Bernado Livi, tired of pulling teeth and arguing with his wife and assistant every day, meets Manuela, a beautiful, mysterious girl who takes him on an incredible sexual adventure. She convinces the dentist that the mother of Robelli, a rich old gentleman, has toothache and needs his help. Once in Robellis house, Livi finds himself in a series of bizarre, ambiguous situations which turn into an orgiastic whirlwind of sexual relations. He frees himself from all his inhibitions and gives his instincts free rein, until a police inspector arrives on the scene, persuaded not only by the dentists wife but also by a terrible case of toothache.
